Can Packaging System

Overview

Initially applied to the canned motor oil facility, this system can be used in any canned good application. Using 3 stations, the products are efficiently packaged and made ready for shipping.

Carton Erecting
Using our ESHBS erector, the carton is erected and sent into the case packer. Our ESHBS erector features a bottom fed suction system that erects the case.

Packing Station
The carton is packed using a suction system case packer. The cans are first arranged into an orientation to maximize carton space. Using a gantry arm with suction cups, the case is packed.

Sealer Station
Once packed, the case is conveyed to one of our flagship carton sealers to be professionaly sealed and made ready for distribution.
