Job Title: Customer Service / Tech SupportSuccessful applicant must be of good moral character and capable of multitasking between different projects involving (but not limited to) packaging machine documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and installation. He or she will also be assisting the sales team by following through with customers and vendors. Should be free to travel within the country to assist in machine installation or repair. Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2000 and MS Word. Preferrably also experienced with PLC programming, MS Excel, and general troubleshooting. Job Title: Service Technician / WarehouseSuccessful applicant must be of good moral character and capable of multitasking between different tasks involving shipping, receiving, and order assembly of parts and machines. With regards to order assembly of machines, he or she will work on (but not limited to) packaging machine testing, troubleshooting, in-house parts fabrication, crating, and installation. The ability and experience to fabricate parts with lathe and milling machine would be a plus. Should be free to travel within the country to assist in machine installation or repair. Must be experienced in general troubleshooting, machining parts, order assembly, and forklift operation.
