Food Packaging System

Overview

This specially designed food packaging system was originally designed for the packaging of delicate tostadas so that the fragile tostadas would not crack while being packed. This system is not limited to only tostadas. Other delicate food products can now be automatically packaged. This system consisterd of 3 stations: carton erecting, packing and sealing, and palletizing

Carton Erecting
The carton is erected using our standard ELVP erector. This L-Type, vertically fed erector uses a pin system to efficiently erect the cartons.

Packing and Sealing Station
The carton is then conveyed to the packing station where individually bunched tostadas are packed using our exclusive side packing case packer. Once the case is packed, the case is then sealed using one of our standard flagship carton sealers.

Palletizing
The cases are then palletized using our low-profile palletizer. Once palletized, the pallet is then stretchwrapped and ready for shipping.
