Overview

This specially designed system is perfect for the packing of furniture but can be additionally be used to package high profile items. This unique system consists of fully customized packing, conveying, and sealing stations.

Flap Folding Station
The customized flap folding station was uniquely designed tilted in order to make the placing of high profile items into the tall cartons. The flap folding station consists of a tilted flap folder and bottom case sealer.

Conveying Station
The carton is then transported to the sealing station on a tilted conveying system. While being conveyed, the box is then turned and flipped to enable the carton to be in the correct orientation before entering sealing station. Once turned, the operators then place the high profile items into the cartons. The carton is then tilted up back to original position to allow for sealing.

Sealing Station
Once packed, the box is then sealed using a customized fully automatic CS carton sealer. The model CS carton sealer was specially customized and built taller for the acceptance of high profile furniture cases. Once sealed the case is ready for shipping.
