Yogurt Bundling System

Overview

This system is the only one of our systems illustrated that incorporates our sleever/bundler system. In order to package these yogurt containers, 3 stations were used: traymaking, place packing, and bundling.

Traymaking Station
Trays for the containers are created using our exclusive trayforming machines.

Case Packing Station
Once the trays are formed, the yogurt containers are sorted and oriented into how they will be fitted into the trays. The containers are then grabbed by arms with suction cups from the sorter and place packed into the tray.

Bundling Station
Finally, the tray and yogurt containers enter our bundling station which wraps film around the entire tray. The tray then enters a heat tunnel where the film is shrunk and wraps all the containers to the tray. The yogurt containers are now securely packed onto the tray and ready for shipment.
