The rollers and blades on the tape head are typically about 2″ or 3″ wide to match the 2″ or 3″ tape head.
You can also check the part# on the side plate of the tape head.

Identifying features to tell apart the top tape head from the bottom tape head is:
The top tape head has a wipe down brush, part # 10203, and a latch.
The top tape head main spring used to be gold, and is now in black, part # 10096-1.
The bottom tape head does not have a wipe down brush or latch.
The bottom tape head has a silver/chrome main spring, part # 10096-2.

All of our belts are sold individually, however it is recommended that you replace both belts at the same time. Belts wear together and replacing them at the same time can prevent the boxes from skewing. You can refer to your manual to see what belt your machine uses or contact us and we can help identify that for you, provided the model and serial # of your machine.

Our Motors are identified as either right or left. To determine if a motor is right or left, hold the motor facing you with the gear box on top. If the shaft is on the left, the motor is left; if the shaft is on the right, the motor is right.

If you do not have that information, you can contact BestPack and we may be able to identify who your local distributor is based on the company you are with, and the model and serial # of your machine.
