Manufactured using the most modern technology, the new 5545-TBJ is an extremely versatile machine capable of running a wide variety of industrial or consumer products. With servo control, the CM-20F is capable of speeds up to 80PPM. The specialized infeed allows precise seam placement and tight bag tolerances allowing packages to meet USPS postal regulations for mailing. The infeed servo motor drives the 6ft lugged infeed conveyor which brings the product directly into the center folded film. This feature allows for additional film savings of 20% over conventional side seal machines. The product then goes onto the servo-controlled side seal conveyor and finally passes through the servo-controlled takeaway conveyor. The continuous motion sealing function means the belts do not stop which allows for faster speeds and also prevents product shingling or slipping. Reliability, simplicity, and ease of maintenance should provide years of dependable performance at a low operational cost.
