Have an old tape head? send it to us and get it evaluated. We will confirm what tier it is based on its condition and will provide you with your discounted cost for a BestPack certified refurbished tape head.
Tier 1: A tape head that needs normal wear and tear items replaced. These parts include rubber rollers, blades, springs, and bumpers. Everything is still intact and working properly.
Tier 2: This tape head will require the same parts as Tier 1 plus the mandrel, one way roller, and idle roller. There may be minor structural damage which could include bent brackets.
Tier 3: A tape head that needs all the parts replaced in Tier 1 and Tier 2 and has major structural damage. The structural damage may include bent or broken brackets and/or shafts. Assemblies or parts may be missing.
